SUMMARY:Mother’s Day Workshop
DESCRIPTION:A  Meditation in Flowers\n \nJoin me in community for a morning of beauty\, joy & intention. I was a florist for 12 years and will be combining my experience in flowers with my skills as a yoga and meditation teacher. This 2 hour workshop will start with a meditation\, then move into creating a floral piece where we will set an intention followed by a grounding and restorative yoga class. Your floral creation is yours to take home with you\, set it on your altar\, gift it to a loved one or just simply enjoy it.\nPlease arrive 15  minutes prior to class and bring a water bottle. Mats\, flowers & props provided!
